Chris founded Pan Bird Pty Ltd after in excess of 20 years experience in the employment, training and youth affairs sectors.
Chris is a Registered Migration Agent and provides advice to both employers and applicants in regards to migration matters. Chris is recognized in Victoria as an expert witness in relation to vocational assessments and labour market reports.

Lesley Smith MARA No: 0639550
Lesley commenced with Heron Assist as a Registered Migration Agent in 2006 after a recruitment background in the Transport and Security Industry.
Lesley manages Heron Assist and provides advice to both employers and applicants in general migration matters Lesley specializes in matters relating to Permanent Residency and Temporary Business (Long Stay) Subclass 457 visas.

Alex Traynor
Alex comes to Heron Enable after a background in registered training organisations, Australian Apprenticeship Centres and VET consulting.
Alex manages all aspects of the operational side of the business.

Rosemary comes to Heron Assess after extensive experience working within Registered Training Organisation’s in varying capacities.
Rosemary manages all aspects of the training and assessment services of Heron Assess including maintaining the Scope of Registration including auditing requirements and standards.
