What is the Temporary Business (Long Stay) Visa?
Businesses unable to recruit the trade skills needed for their industry
from the local labour market can explore the option of sponsoring
overseas workers on a temporary basis, from between three months
to four years. This is one of the most commonly used visa programs
for both Australian and International businesses to sponsor overseas
workers for employment on a temporary basis.

What is the process for applying?
The Temporary Business (Long Stay) Visa (subclass 457) application process involves three distinct stages:
