EMPLOYER NOMINATION SCHEME (ENS)

The (ENS) allows Australian employers to sponsor overseas applicants for a permanent visa to work in Australia. An ENS must be offered for at least three years. A candidate is eligible for an ENS visa if s/he:

• Has worked for a sponsoring employer on a 457 visa for at least two years (the last 12 months with your company), in an occupation that provides a pathway for an ENS application, or
• Can meet the skill assessment requirements for the occupation s/he will be sponsored in
