Results from January 2011 Trade Testing in Manila

Heron Assist Trade industry experts experienced excellent attendance at the trade tests in Manila and in particular noted a large number of candidates presenting for testing while on Christmas leave from deployments from the Middle East, Japan and Korea :

- Motor mechanics (inc. SUV/4WD specialists)
Mechanical Testers comments on January 2011 testing in Manila

“I visited Manila and trade tested mechanics for all divisions, Car, Truck, Earth Moving and Auto Electrical. I was surprised by the level of competence on this trip and that was mainly due to the home visits of trades people from postings overseas. I tested many car mechanics with specialised skills in GM (Holden) with current experience in local models including current V8 engines with strong diagnostic skills with Tech 1&2, I also tested Toyota mechanics with up to 20 years experience in the one job with Toyota Passports and highly trained and recognised with these global recognitions. I tested VW trained and qualified mechanics and Honda trained and qualified. Ford ,Chrysler, Landrover and Jaguar were also represented but not in the same number. Heavy mechanics were also tested with some highly regarded mechanics tested and passed with outstanding results. We even managed to get some Auto Electricians with current diagnostic skills. All in all a very successful trip.”
